Missed Collection

Please note that any tickets submitted prior to 10 p.m. on the same day will be closed without action. Please resubmit after 10 p.m. or on the following day.

Collections can occur anytime between 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. on your scheduled collection day.

Waste set out incorrectly or after a collection truck has serviced your area (as early as 7 a.m. on collection day) will not be collected. A waste representative will contact you shortly (usually within two business days). Please leave your cart out so that we can look into and resolve the situation.
